1. EICR (Electrical Installation Condition Report)

The Rule: Every fixed electrical installation must be inspected by a qualified electrician every 5 years. Any C1, C2, or FI observations must be remedied within 28 days.[reference:8]

2. EPC (Energy Performance Certificate)
